HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18906 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that after the death of his father petitioner inherited several properties along with Ac.1-01 gts in Sy.No.678 situated at Chatanpally Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Mahbubnagar District and petitioner have been issued pattedar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the same. But on the application filed by the unofficial respondents basing on the WILL, petitioner's pattedar passbooks and title deeds were cancelled by the 4th respondent vide order dated 04.04.2016. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred Revision under Section 9 of the Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') along with stay petition on 26.05.2016 before the 2nd respondent. But no orders are passed either in the stay petition or in the Revision. Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner on 26.05.2016 against the orders passed by the 4th respondent on 04.04.2016 vide proceedings No.B/895/2006. Till the disposal of the Revision, status quo shall be maintained regarding entries in the revenue records in respect of the subject lands There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
