For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused by order dated 2L.LL,2OL7 in Crl.P.No.10948 of 2017 that the petitioner/accused shall attend before the learned Magistrate on every Sunday between O8,0O AM and O9.OO AM till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed.
