Vide the present writ petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to release any amount to the unofficial respondent Nos. 4 to 7 pursuant to the land acquisition Proceedings in RC.No. 209/2010 dated 03/11/2015 for establishment of Industrial Park for the acquired land of an extent of Ac:1-40 cents in survey No. 261/1 out of total extent of Ac:5-65 cents in Rajayyapeta village, Nakkapalli Mandal, Visakhapatnam district.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief, the petitioner issued legal notice dated 27/06/2016 to the respondent Nos. 3, 4 to 7. However, the respondent No.3 has not taken any decision on the said notice.
3. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of
respondent No.3 has assured this Court that the said legal notice will be decided after hearing the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 to 7 within four weeks.

In view of the submission made in the said petition and submission made by the learned Government Pleader mentioned above, I hereby direct the respondent No.3 to take decision on the said notice and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 to 7. In view of the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.
5. It is hereby made clear that the decision taken may be communicated to the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken she may approach the court for redressal of her grievance. Till the decision of legal notice, respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are directed not to release the compensation amount in favour of respondent Nos. 4 to 7 or any other person.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
