HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.10596 of 2017 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the final report was filed before the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, on 31.08.2018, referring the case as "Lack of evidence", the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
