HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35821 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is preferred by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2016 and in directing the 3rd respondent for taking steps for rectification of the incorrect entry in the 'Mee Bhoomi' portal in relation to petitioner's patta land to an extent of Acs.5.37 cents situated in Sy.No.137 (old Sy.No.11) of Cheemalapalli Village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District as arbitrary and illegal. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) for respondents 1 to 3. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that even though he submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 11.07.2016, the same is not considered and disposed of till the date.

Learned AGP submits that since the representation was made in the month of July, 2016, necessary direction may be given to R.2 to dispose of the representation, if not already disposed of. Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-The District Collector, Visakhapatnam District, to consider the representation

of the petitioner dated 11.07.2016 and dispose of the same, if not already disposed of, after hearing the petitioner and aggrieved persons, if any, in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
