The prayer is one against inaction of 3rd respondent in considering and disposing of representation dated 11-05-2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

The issue relates to payment of compensation and admittedly representation was made on 11-05-2016.

As the representation is pending from 11-05-2016, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to communicate a copy of this order and re-submit representation dated 11-05-2016 to 3rd respondent within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and 3rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of re-submission of representation, as directed by this Court.
