This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to quash the proceedings in Crime No.85 of 2017 of Chityala Police Station, Warangal District filed for the offences punishable under Sections 3(i)(x) and 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, on various grounds but the counsel for the petitioners requested to issue directions to the police concerned to follow the procedure under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. Without touching the merits of the case and acceding to the request of the counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the police concerned to follow the procedure under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v.
