THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.10154 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners-accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.282 of 2017 of Golkonda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 420 r/w 34 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners-accused and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the 2nd respondent-State, apart from perusing the material on record.

It is brought to the notice of the Court that charge sheet is already filed in this case on 14.10.2017 before the learned Magistrate. In view of filing of the charge sheet, the cause does not survive for adjudication.
