Naveen Patwal, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRL.P.MP.Nos. 11835 & 11836 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10632 OF 2017 ORDER:
CRL.P.MP.Nos. 11835 & 11836 OF 2017 These miscellaneous petitions are filed under Section 320 of Cr.P.C seeking permission to compromise and compound the offences to quash the proceedings in Crime No.736 of 2016 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 341, 506 r/w143 IPC. The petitioners/A-1 to A-6 and the second respondent/ defacto complainant are present and they are identified by their respective counsel and produced Photostat copies of Aadhar cards to prove their identity.
A joint compromise memo dated 31.10.2017 is filed by both the parties, when terms of joint memo of compromise are explained in Telugu language, they are admitted to be true and correct. Further, it is now submitted that, both the petitioners/A-1 to A-6 and the second respondent/defacto complainant voluntarily entered into compromise due to intervention of elders and wellwishers and they wanted to lead peaceful life. Therefore, I find that the compromise is voluntary in the interest of both parties and permission is granted to compound the offence. Hence, compromise is recorded in terms of the joint compromise memo dated 31.10.2017 filed along with these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
MSM,J CrlP_10632_2017 Crl.P.NO.10632 OF 2017 In view of the orders passed by this Court in CRL.P.MP.Nos. 11835 & 11836 OF 2017, this criminal petition is allowed.
