This writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 on the representations submitted by the petitioner on 07.09.2016, 12.09.2016, 03.10.2016 and 19.10.2016 in respect of the illegal constructions undertaken by the fourth respondent in the premises bearing H.No.8‐2‐572, Dharmanagar, Road No.7, Beside Mee‐seva, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. 2.

The case of the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of H.No.8‐2‐555/1, Road No.7, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and the fourth respondent, who is his neighbor, is having his own house at H.No.8‐2‐ 572, Dharmanagar, Road No.7, beside Mee Seva, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad in the same locality. While the fourth respondent is undertaking construction, in the said process he encroached on the public road to an extent of 3 to 4 feet and constructing balcony and structure therein which is obstructing the light and air to his house. Thereby petitioner submitted applications to the respondent authorities dated 07.09.2016, 12.09.2016, 03.10.2916 and 19.10.2016 to take appropriate action. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent‐ Corporation submits that the respondent authorities will follow due process of law.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent‐authorities to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
