HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 0 3 1 6 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, I-Town Police Station, Nalgonda, dated 12.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is respectfully submitted that on receipt of communication about the filing of the present Writ Petition by the petitioner herein, this respondent has thoroughly verified the records of this respondent Police Station including the Station General Diary as to whether any complaint alleged tohvb submitted by the petitioner herein dated 10.10.2018 was received or not. The records revealed that till date, the petitioner did not approach this respondent Police Station nor submitted any complaint, dated 10.10.2018, and hence no action was taken.
It is humbly submitted that this respondent is ready and willing to initiate action if the petitioner approaches this respondent Police with any fresh complaint or with the similar complaint, dated 10.10.2018.
I humbly submit that in due obedience to the filing of the Writ Petition by the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court, this respondent is also taking steps in contacting the petitioner for obtaining fresh complaint to enable this respondent to initate action on the complaint.
In the absence of receipt of any complaint from the petitioner herein, this respondent is unable to initiate any action."
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, I-Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, dated 12.11.2018, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to file a fresh complaint for consideration of the respondent-police strictly in accordance with law.
