Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent particularly respondent No.4 in entering the name of the petitioner in the revenue records basing on her application dated 26.05.2015 under Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made an application under Section 4(1) of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, on 26.05.2015, till date no orders are passed in the said application.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, respondent No.4 may be directed to pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above submissions made, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to pass orders on the application made by the petitioner seeking to enter her name in revenue records for the land admeasuring Ac.1.40 cents in R.S.No.791/ 1 of Mogallu Village, Palakoderu Mandal, West Godavari District, if the said application is pending consideration, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in accordance with law.
