THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 10618 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking a direction against the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Court below') to dispose of C.C.No. 551 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible on various grounds. 2.

The above C.C. is of the year 2017 and various other matters from the year 2012 onwards are pending including pre-2012 matters, where this Court issued necessary directions to the Courts below to dispose of pre-2012 matters. In these circumstances, it is difficult for the Court below to decide C.C.No. 551 of 2017 expeditiously. However, it is left open to the Court below to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible but without giving any undue preference to the said case.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed in consequence.
