The case of the petitioners is that after death of their father, they partitioned the properties and the 1st petitioner and 3rd petitioner became the owners of Ac.0.52 1⁄2 cents of land each, whereas petitioners 2, 4 and 5 became the owners of Ac.0-15 cents of land each in Sy.No.729 situated at Lakkireddipalli Revenue Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. In pursuance of the same, the petitioners made applications on 05-09-2018 along with Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since it is stated that the applications filed by the petitioners is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same are pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same.
Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the applications filed by the petitioners in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
