HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40304 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in conducting survey and fixing boundaries in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5-00 cents in sy.NO.408/30 situated at Pedduru Village, Siricilla Mandal, Rajanna Siricilla District inspite of making application by the petitioner on 31-07-2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch by its order dated 28-04-2016. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 28-04-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
