ORDER

After hearing the matter for a while, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represents that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed, but registration of the same as Calender Case is awaited and contended that as the charge sheet is filed, the proceedings in the crime cannot be quashed. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners/A1 to A6 sought permission to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a petition to quash the charge sheet.

Giving liberty as prayed for, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
