This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.310 of 2017 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Sangareddy. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 15.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject Sessions Case ended in acquittal on 15.10.2018. 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
