This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment and also with the day to day affairs of the 2nd petitioner firm in the subject property, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue appearing for respondents, produced written instructions dated 06.11.2018, stating that the subject land is assigned land and the same is included in the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A (1)(A) of the Registration Act, and as per G.O.Ms.No.111, Municipal Administration dated 08.03.1996, there is prohibition for establishing pollution industries, major hotels, residential colonies or other establishments' within10 kms from full tank level of the lake. He submits that since the respondents noticed violation of Assigned Rules under Section 3 of A.P. Assigned Lands (POT) Act, 1971, the said land is identified for resumption and that manufacturing of bricks is not permitted in the subject area, as such, same is stopped.

Admittedly, the petitioner is not the owner of the subject property and the same is an assigned land. In view of the

submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, no order can granted for doing manufacturing of bricks in the said area, which is prohibited under G.O.Ms.No.111, dated 08.03.1996.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I do not see any reason to entertain the Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
