This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to quash the proceedings in Crime No.400 of 2017 of P.S. Chevella, Cyberabad, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015, on various grounds but the counsel for the petitioners/A1 to A4 requested to issue directions to the police concerned to follow the procedure under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. Without touching the merits of the case and acceding to the request of the counsel for the petitioners/A1 to A4, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the police concerned to follow the procedure under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v.
