HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 40250 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the official respondents in demolishing the illegal and unauthorized construction made by the unofficial respondent in Survey No.284, admeasuring Acs.10.09 guntas situated at Singapur village, Shankerpally mandal, R.R.District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to deal with the representation dated 05.10.2018, made by the petitioner bringing to the notice of respondent No.2, the layout and the illegal constructions made in Survey No.284, admeasuring Acs.10.09 guntas situated at Singapur village, Shankerpally mandal, R.R.District, at the earliest.

4) Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC would submit that if the said representation is made and is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to deal with the same, in accordance with law.

5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to deal with the representation dated 05.10.2018, relating to the layout and the illegal constructions made in the land referred to above, if it is made by the petitioner and if it still pending consideration, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and all the concerned, as early as possible.
