These revisions are filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 28.02.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2104 of 2016 in M.C.No.299 of 2016 on the file of the Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Addl. Family Court-cum-Addl.

IX Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

2. Heard both the counsel and perused the record. 3.

In view of the circumstances of the case and submissions made by both counsel, the Court below is directed to dispose of the M.C.No.299 of 2016 without being influenced by the order of this Court, dated 11.07.2017 in Cr.R.C.M.P.No.3088 of in Crl.R.C.No.1934 of 2017, within a period of two months from the date of this order. The interim arrangement made by this Court continues till the final disposal of the impugned M.C. The Court below shall not get influence by the interim order passed by this Court. The Registry is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the Court concerned within a week from today.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these revisions shall stand closed.
