Heard the learned counsel appearing for both parties and with their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage.

2 . The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" ... ... to issue a Writ, order or directions, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4, in not taking action against the 5th respondent for issuance of bogus caste certificate to Mr. Gadda Raj Kumar and not issuing sanction order to prosecute the 5th respondent in spite of the petitioner representation dated 09.09.2015, which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the Rules and violative of Fundamental and Constitutional Rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to take action against the 5th respondent for issuance of Bogus Caste Certificate to Mr. Gadda Raj Kumar, s/o. Yesudasu, Kurnool, and further direct the 2nd respondent to issue sanction order to the petitioner to prosecute the 5th respondent as per endorsement made by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kurnool, on the complaint dated 03.09.2015, with all consequential benefits ....."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner mainly seeks a direction to consider the representation dated 09.09.2015 made by the petitioner seeking to issue sanction order to prosecute the 5th respondent for issuance of bogus caste certificate to Mr. Gadda Raj Kumar, at the earliest.

4. The same is not opposed by the learned Government

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 09.09.2015 made by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, if the same is still pending consideration. Further, the authorities shall give due notice and opportunity of hearing to all parties, who would be affected adversely by any decision taken upon the petitioner's representation. It is to be noted that the said exercise shall be completed expeditiously and, in any event, not later than eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
