ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Post Graduate Teacher in English and joined duty in T.S. Model School, Nookapally, Mallial Mandal, Karimnagar District, on 15.06.2013. It appears that the petitioner worked for few days and left the job. The petitioner now submitted a representation on 06.07.2015 stating that due to cardiac problem and for some other health grounds, the petitioner could not join the duty and that he is now intending to join the duty and requested the 4th respondent to admit him to duty. Alleging that the petitioner is not admitted to duty, this writ petition is filed.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, so far no orders of termination are passed and, therefore, the 4th respondent cannot refuse to admit the petitioner to duty even assuming that his absence was unauthorized. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is entitled to resume his duties and the respondent authority cannot refuse to admit him to duty.

3. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader agreed for disposal of the writ petition directing the competent authority i.e., the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner

and to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 06.07.2015.

4. Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Commissioner & Director, School Education and Ex-Officio Project Director, Rastriya Madyamika Shiksha Abhiyan, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad (2nd respondent) to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 06.07.2015, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
