This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4, for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.766 of 2017 on the file of the Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 354, 342, 506 read with Section 109 of I.P.C. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Earlier bail application of the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 in Criminal Petition No.8926 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court on 03.10.2017. It is brought to the notice of this Court that investigation is not yet completed. There are no changed circumstances.

The allegations levelled against the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to are grave.

Under these circumstances, the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 are not entitled for grant of bail at this stage.

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
