THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI WRIT PETITION Nos.21195 and 27318 of 2014 COMMON ORDER: (per SK, J) The petitioners in these two Writ Petitions, W.P.Nos.21195 and 27318 of 2014, filed O.A.Nos.6609 and 6607 of 2004 respectively before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. By common order dated 18.06.2007, the Tribunal disposed of their O.As. directing the authorities to take up their cases for consideration after the writ petitions filed before this Court were finally disposed of. Till such disposal, the authorities were directed to continue the petitioners in service. Aggrieved by the denial of relief as claimed, the petitioners approached this Court.

Challenge laid by the petitioners before the Tribunal in the aforestated O.As. was to the orders dated 31.10.2002 passed by the District Tribal Welfare Officer, Ongole, cancelling the appointment of the petitioners.

It is now stated before us that the pending writ petitions which were referred to by the Tribunal in its order have since been disposed of vide common order dated 21.01.2014. A copy

SK, J & NBY, J W.P.Nos.21195 and 27318 of 2014 of the common order of the said date passed in Writ Petition No.23519 of 2005 and batch is placed before this Court. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Andhra Pradesh) fairly concedes that these two writ petitions would be covered by the aforestated common order. For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated common order and in terms thereof, these writ petitions are allowed. The impugned proceedings dated 31.10.2002 issued by the District Tribal Welfare Officer, Ongole, are accordingly set aside and the petitioners are held entitled for all benefits from the date of their initial appointment.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ___________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 17th MARCH, 2017.
