THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2930 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case with liberty to avail the remedies available under the law.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to mention that if any remedy is available to the revision petitioner under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, he is at liberty to avail such a remedy.

4. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the learned counsel for revision petitioner.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
