HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.11482 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner-accused, vide the order dated 06.10.2017 in Crl.M.P. No.2259 of 2017 on the file of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur (for short, 'the Court below'), wherein the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner-accused in Crime No.486 of 2017 of Sanathnagar Police Station, directed the petitioner-accused to appear before the concerned police station on every Monday in between 10-00 a.m. and 5-00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet.

In view of the circumstances narrated, there are no grounds to allow the Criminal Petition.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed accordingly. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall also stand dismissed.
