Earlier, the matter has been referred for settlement before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Lok Adalat and Lok Adalat has passed necessary award.

Hence, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall also stand closed. No costs.
