THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3453 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Mr. C. Raghu for revision petitioner and Mr. K. Durga Prasad for first respondent.

2. On instructions from the revision petitioner, counsel requests the Court to permit the revision petitioner to withdraw the revision and avail appropriate remedy against the order impugned in the revision. Though counsel appearing for the parties initially made a few submissions, they have finally submitted that this Court permits withdrawal of CRP and leaves it open to both parties to work out their remedies.

The civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________ S. V. BHATT, J August 19, 2016 DSK
