Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner-A.1, vide the order dated 03.11.2017 in Crl.M.P. No.1826 of 2017 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Court below'), wherein the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner-A.1 in Crime No.832 of 2017 of Medipally Police Station, Rachakonda District, directed the petitioner-A.1 to deposit the original Aadhar card and also to appear before the concerned SHO on every Sunday between 10-00 a.m. and 12-00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet. The impugned order was passed by the Court below and the petitioner is entitled to file an application before the Court below for such relief.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly.
