This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.01 of 2016 on the of P.S. Utnoor, Adilabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 306 r/w 34 IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet and it was taken cognizance by the Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate at Utnoor and numbered as S.C.No.226 of 2016 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Cr.No.01 of 2016 on the of P.S. Utnoor, Adilabad District, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
