HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 40220 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for third respondentCorporation. With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not disposing of the representation, dated 12.07.2018, made by the petitioner for completing the road work from plot No.31 to Road No.7, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though a representation was made on 12.07.2018, till date the same is not considered.

4) Learned Standing Counsel for the third respondentCorporation would submit that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law. 5) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 12.07.2018, in accordance with law,

as expeditiously as possible, if the same is made and still pending consideration. There shall be no order as to costs. 6) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
