THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos. 13105 of 2009 and 3835 of 2014 COMM0N ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that Accused Nos.9 and 10 could not be traced out, as such, the case against them was splitted and C.C.No.1894 of 2005 was ended in acquittal by the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, vide judgment dated 18.12.2017. In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court with withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in the event of accused Nos.9 and 10 are traced out.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand dismissed. No costs.
