THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.40207 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

In the present Writ Petition petitioner is seeking enforcement of an injunction order granted by the SubDivisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam in I.A.No.540 of 2018 in O.S.No.491 of 2016.

Since the petitioners herein have alternative remedy, by way of filing an application before the same Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed, with a liberty to avail the other remedies open. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
