Petitioners claim to be to the owners of land to an extent of 11,457 sq. yards in Survey Nos.25 and 27 of Begumpet Village, Balapur Mandal, Medchal - Malkajgiri District. They allege that by encroaching into the private land of petitioners, the respondent - Municipal Corporation is constructing nala to divert the storm water at the behest of some real estate people to save their properties.

At the stage hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on 04.10.2018 a detailed representation was submitted by the petitioners alleging illegal digging of excavation in their property and requests that a direction be issued to the respondent - Municipal Corporation to stop the said construction. 4.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing the Dy. Commissioner, GHMC, Circle No.19, Near Water Tank, Secunderabad, to examine the representation submitted by the petitioners on 04.10.2018, if the same is received and not acted upon so far, and pass appropriate orders, by assigning due reasons in support of the decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of receipt of a copy of the order.
