This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in insisting the petitioner to vacate from his landed property admeasuring Ac.1.41 cents, Out of total extent of Ac.4.82 cents, covered by Survey No.236/2F and 236/2K of Markapur Town, of Prakasam District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents will follow due procedure before taking any action against the petitioner.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
