The grievance of the petitioners is that their application dated 24-04-2010 for grant of ORC under the provisions of A.P.Inams Abolition Act is pending before the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent called for report from the 4th respondent. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners dated 24-04-2010 in accordance with law.
