HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.977 of 2016 O R D E R :

The petitioner, who is accused No.3 in Crime No.694 of 2015 on the file of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 376, 354(i)(ii), 384, 509, 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Earlier this Court granted anticipatory bail to the accused No.4 in Crime No.694 of 2015 by order dated 29-12-2015 in Crl.P.No.13374 of 2015. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Public Prosecutor that the said order passed by this Court is stayed by the Apex Court.

Considering the said facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner - accused No.3 at this stage.
