CVNR, J & KVL, J WA.No.34429 of 2017 Dated:13.10.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for Certiorari to quash order, dated 06.7.2017, in Original Application No.1801 of 2017 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

A perusal of the afore-mentioned impugned order shows that while admitting the said O.A., the Tribunal issued notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks, with a further direction to post the said O.A. along with O.A.No.1254 of 2017. At the hearing, it is brought to our notice that O.A.No.1254 of 2017 was disposed of separately by the Tribunal by order, dated 03.8.2017 and assailing the said order, the petitioner has filed Writ Petition No.34428 of 2017. Inasmuch as the interim relief claimed by the petitioner has not so far been rejected by the Tribunal, we deem it appropriate that the Tribunal hears both the parties on the interim relief claimed by the petitioner and pass appropriate order expeditiously.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, to enable the Tribunal to pass an appropriate order on the interim relief

As a sequel, WPMP.No.42804 of 2017 stands disposed of as infructuous.
