HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.9214 of 2014 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed, wherein involvement of the petitioner/A.4 is not established and her name has been deleted, and charge sheet has been filed before Court concerned only against A.1 to A.3, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
