THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37741 of 2017 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition with a grievance that his Original Application challenging an order of suspension, was actually reserved for orders, but thereafter re-opened and not disposed of, despite the pleadings being complete.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-I (AP).
3. Considering the nature of the grievance, we deem it fit to dispose of the writ petition requesting the Tribunal to dispose of the main Application in O.A.No.175 of 2017 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
