HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40253 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 04.10.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to file appeal in proper format making aggrieved persons as parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will file appeal before the appellate authority by making aggrieved persons as parties.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by making aggrieved persons as parties and on such appeal being filed, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within six weeks there after.
