HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21432 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not conducting the investigation and not taking any further legal action against the respondent No.4 to 8 in Cr.No.100/2014 which was registered for the offences U/Secs 294(b), 323 and 506 r/w 34 IPC as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to law and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents particularly respondent No.3 to forthwith take appropriate legal action against the respondents 4 to 8 in pursuance of registration of crime No.100/2014 in the interest of justice." Learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the registration of Crime No.100 of 2014, investigation was completed and a final report was filed on 05.08.2014 before the concerned Magistrate referring the case as 'false'.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
