This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in PRC.No.4 of 2014 on the file of V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thirupathi.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the said PRC records were sent to the Sessions Court and the same was numbered as S.C.No.145 of 2014 and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
