HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22512 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she has purchased the land admeasuring Ac.0.74 cents in S.No.253/IA2, situated at Karapa Grampanchayat, Karapa Mandal, East Godavari District by virtue of registered sale deed dated 09.11.2015 from one Anginailu who in turn has purchased the said land from one Mahalakshmi through registered sale deed for which, the sons of Mahalakshmi i.e., respondents 4 and 5 are witnesses. While so, she made an application dated 27.11.2015 vide No.MU011501734981 for mutation of her name and for grant of pattadar passbooks. But the respondent authorities kept the same pending and are trying to incorporate the names of the respondent 4 and 5. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents kept the matter pending at the instance of respondents 4 and 5 who are the witnesses to the sale deed executed in favour of the vendor of the petitioner. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioner on 27.11.2015 for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for grant of pattadar passbooks, in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
