HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.40280 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is in possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Ac.1-15-cents in Sy.Nos 136 and 137 situated at Polepally village, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District having succeeded the same from his father by name late Anamaiah. After death of his father, the petitioner made an application on 24-07-2018 under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed and for mutation of his name in revenue records. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within

a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
