This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioner/A-1 in Crime No.129 of 2016 of Peddapalli Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 497, 323 and 506 IPC.

While the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly stated that the subject matter of the criminal petitioner no longer survives and has become infurctuous. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
