THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.40113 of 2018 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the written instructions dated 08.11.2018 furnished by the Station House Officer, Ananthapuram Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.
The instructions dated 08.11.2018 read as under :- " On the above petition, made entry in reception counter and number was given vide Reception Counter No.434/ 2018 and SI called to said Ramchandra who restrained petitioner Raja and his family and threatening the petitioner, but he never turned to the police station and SI never asked him about his documents.
I am further to submit that the one K.Rajeswari and K.Venkatalakshmi filed writ petition in the Hon'ble High court and made allegations against the respondents, that the Respondents No.3 & 4 are the same the Respondent No.3 never called petitioners and never asked their documents, the respondent No.3 have no knowledge about the petitioner 1 and 2, owners of the land.
The Sub-Inspector of Police only called one Ramachandra who restrained and threatened the petitioner in the above cited reference case, but never asked him to produce any records of disputed land between petitioners and respondent No.5."
On noticing the above instructions, learned counsel for petitioners requests the Court to place the instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.
Recording the said submission, by placing the above instructions on record, the writ petition is disposed of with a further direction to the respondent police authorities to act strictly in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
