This petition is filed under Rule 9 of the Company Rules, 1959 and Section 5 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, to take on record the valuation report dated 5.5.2016 in respect of the properties of the 1st respondent - Company, which is under liquidation, for enabling the applicant to fix the reserve price in consultation with the Official Liquidator.

The Official Liquidator representing the 1st respondent - company did not object for taking on record the valuation report dated 5.5.2016. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and as Official Liquidator did not object, the present application is ordered and the valuation report dated 5.5.2016 is taken on record.
