[ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Civil Supplies.

Petitioner was granted authorization to run fair price shop No.74, Old Meerpet, Mallapur, Ranga Reddy District. By order dated 24.01.2015, the fair price shop authorization was suspended. Alleging inaction in further steps to be taken and not revoking the suspension, this writ petition is filed. 3.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader, submits that final orders would be passed in the pending proceedings, if reasonable time is granted.

Having regard to the said request, the respondents are granted six (6) weeks time, for passing final orders, on the allegation made against the petitioner, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner. For any reason not attributable to the petitioner, if final orders are not passed within the time granted, the fair price shop authorization of the petitioner shall be restored.
